SMG Festival Programmes, Application Fees and Forms

To apply for SMG 2011, please download the MS-Word doc file, fill in the Application Form and Fees and Dates Form. Return the completed doc files by email to summermusic@iol.ie, or download the PDF version of the forms, return by post to:

Once received the application, SMG staff will contact you regarding the payment details.
To download the forms, please right-click the format you want to download below, select "Save Link As" from the dropdown menu and save the files on your computer.
